It’s Sophie on the blog today with a new layout to share!
I used the Lovely Watercolor collection and focused on the beautiful Peony Layering Dies set to create my page.
I selected 6 different colored cardstocks for the peonies and 3 different shades of green for the leaves.
I created 3 peonies and 5 sets of leaves to create a big floral cluster at the base of the page.
I chose a few 6x6 papers from the 6x6 paper pad. I teared the green foliage paper and tucked it behind the mixed media 6x6 paper. It’s a beautiful recall of the green tag that I placed behind my black and white photo. I also included the pink dotted paper and made a zigzag stitch to tie the papers together.
I selected a few die cuts from the Lovely Watercolor collection for my title and subtitles.
I punched 3 butterflies that I inked with the LDRS Creative Inks: Olive Branch and Key Lime Pie and placed them flying around my photo.
Finally, I added a few scattered enamel dots around the big floral cluster.

I love the result so much! It’s simple and delicate! These layering dies are not only perfect for cards, but they can suit layouts easily, with a stunning result!
