July Release Sneak Peak

Hi, Can I ask what is the IGTV, this is the 2nd co.i have heard talk about it, but I can’t figure out how to find it or sign up for it? Also, you always talk about a discount code in a newsletter, I have signed up everywhere and I have NEVER received a newsletter or any discount code, everytime I try to sign up again, it tells me that I am already signed up but I never receive anything. Thanks s bunch, have a great day.
