Feeding Time

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today, I would like to share my "Feeding Time" card.

As with most of my cards, I start with a 6" x 12" base card stock, score at 6" and fold. Then my next layer is cut at 5 3/4" x 5 3/4". The following layer was left at 5 3/4" tall and cut at 2 1/2" wide from a lighter card stock to provide a nice contrasting color. The burgundy card stock was also cut at 5 3/4" tall and 1 1/2" wide. I used a distress tool for every single layer and then added "vintage photo" distress ink. Once the circle shape was cut with a generic circle die, I stamped my white card stock with the lovely Feeding Time stamp and colored it with Copic markers. The little leaves underneath my embellishments are from the Peaceful Dove Edge die set.

Thank you for stopping by and hope you're enjoying this lovely week,

hugs Rita
