Hello everyone, It's Kirsten here today, giving you some happy summer CAS inspiration.
The inspiration for this card was the flamingos from the Time for tea paper collection
I used the word die, smile and the boarder die Holly boarder to created the shape around the flamingos.
The text "The pinkest of Flamingos start of gray" was written with a black pen.
The pieces were mounted on 3D foam to create dimension on the card.
The back of the card was simply decorated with a circle with Flamingos created with Fancy circles dies set and banners created with the Fancy Rectangles & Layers die set.
Wishing you a happy crafty summer!
Hi All, Tracy here sharing a card made with the Jubilee magical slider die set.  I was so surprised how easy this was to make and absolutely love it!
I used the Cotton Candy 6x6 paper pad for this project.
I initially cut the centre section out in white cardstock.  I left the dies in place, still taped down and then added a sheet from the Cotton Candy paper pad and run thi through.  I glued this onto the white cardstock as I preferred to have all the element matching but with the ridgidity of the cardstock.
The text and little Kitty are from the Stamp Set Kitten Kaboodle.  This set comes also with matching dies which I did use to cut the coloured kitten out of.
You pull the tab to reveal the coloured image.  The little tab detailing the word "PULL" also comes in the die set :) OK, so I know my little kitty was just black but I was playing it simple to begin with, plus this card is for my sister and she really doesn't like a lot of fuss but I'm delighted to say she loved it!
The die set set comes with so many elements.  I used the banner to decorate across top threaded with a piece of wax cord
Hugs Tracy
