2 cards using Floral Foliage Slim Line Die set

Hello everyone!

It's Galina with you today and I want to share with you two alternative ways of using Floral Foliage Slim Line Die Set.

It's actually a full slimline die set, but it includes a lot of  small floral dies with a butterfly and dragonfly as well. I decided to make cards using only those small dies. I made two regular A2 size cards.

First, I want to show my monochromatic card.

I cut out a panel from a light grey cardstock using A2 Stitched Layered Card Toppers Die Set and I heat embossed a sentiment using a beautiful script stamp from Handwritten 4x6 Stamps. I foam mount the panel on a white A2 card base.

I cut out a few leaves and flowers using dies from Floral Foliage Slim Line Die Set from a white cardstock. I placed them on a left bottom corner and on the top right corner of my card panel.

I embellished the card with transparent crystals.

This card design will be perfect for wedding or anniversary theme cards and it's easy to recreate.

As for my second card, I planned to make a full floral card background. I picked some colorful cardstock and jumped into die cutting, it's a super relaxing work to me and I enjoyed the process and seeing how beautiful flowers appear.

I cut out a dark blue card background and heat embossed a sentiment using the same stamp from Handwritten 4x6 Stamps.

Next I placed fed die cuts around the sentiment and then a rest of die cuts to fill the card background. I combined a few different colors of cardstock to create a colorful pattern.

You can add tiny drops or crystals between the flowers, but I stopped on flowers only.

I hope you liked those cards and will try to create a pattern with small die cuts.

Have a great day!
