Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

Products are shipped via USPS or UPS. All products are shipped "FOB shipping point" or "FOB origin". This means that the customer/buyer is responsible for shipping fees and takes responsibility for the product once it leaves our premises. Additionally, customer is responsible for all import fees. We will always try to process and ship orders within 3-4 business days of order placement. However, shipping may be delayed during trade show times.  Shipping delays will always be noted on our home page.

Once your package leaves our location we, LDRS Creative, are NOT responsible for delays, damages to packages or product due to shipping and lost or stolen packages. Carriers at this time do not guarantee any shipping times. (you can read about each carriers policies on their respective websites.)

It is your responsibility to contact the carrier, (USPS or UPS) for resolution or make claims as needed. Refunds will not be issued by LDRS Creative for USPS or UPS shipping issues.


Tracking Numbers

The USPS or UPS tracking number will be listed on your order.  You can log into your account to view your tracking number.  If you cannot locate it, you are welcome to email us for assistance at


Return Policy  

If you are unhappy with your product or need to cancel for any reason, you can return the product for a refund within 60 days of your order.  We understand, stuff happens.  You can request a “RETURN AUTHORIZATION” from your account page, and then return the product as instructed.  Once the return is received, and if the product is unopened and in sell-able condition, we will refund your purchase price within 5-10 business days.  Due to the high cost of shipping, we are not able to refund shipping costs, and return postage is your responsibility, sorry.  Clearance items are 'FINAL SALE' and are not eligible for return unless they have a manufacturing defect.


Defective Product Policy

While we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition, there are unfortunately times when this does not happen. If you should receive defective product from us, you may contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange for authorization for a replacement or refund. Please email us at with your contact information and we will contact you to discuss the options for return of the defective product, issuing a replacement, or a full refund to you.  You may be asked to supply photos showing the defect of the product.
