24 carrot friend

Hello Everyone,

It is Zsofi here with a cute friendship card featuring the Polkadoodles 24 Carrot friend stamp set. Ah that bunny, makes me smile!

I started with stamping the bunny on a piece of alcohol marker friendly cardstock. I created a mask from masking paper and stamped the grass and the carrots. I used the same Raven Hybrid ink to stamp the sentiment and also the birds. I love how crisp black it stamps!

I used alcohol markers to colour the scene and matted it with blue violet cardstock.

For the background I chose a striped patterned paper from the oh so gorgeous Puddle jumper paper pad and to make the design more interesting, I adhered the focal panel in the left bottom corner.

When I create flat scenes, I love to add some extra finishing touch to the coloured images. I used a clear shimmer pen on the dress and the flower of the bunny and added glossy accents to the nose, flower  and the dot pattern on the dress. I also used a black glaze pen on the dress, cheeks and on the eyes to make them pop.
