A Little Piece of the North Pole
Hi, there! This month our inspiration theme at LDRS Creative is Winter Wonderland! I thought that I would bring a little piece of the North Pole to my craft room! Enjoy this simple scene!
I used some fun images from the Otterly Loveable and Frozen Fun stamp sets! I used Raven Hybrid Ink to stamp the bear, sled, and ice patch from the Frozen Fun stamp set and the igloo and snow pile from the Otterly Loveable stamp set. I colored all of them with alcohol markers and die cut them with the coordinating Frozen Fun dies and Otterly Loveable dies.
I wanted to have my little skating bear with a snowy background, so I die cut some white cardstock with the Over the Hills die. I love the stitched detail! I added all of my images on top and stamped a sentiment from the Frozen Fun stamp set on the left side of the card with Raven Hybrid Ink. I've been hoarding my last piece of the snowflake patterned paper from the Christmas Cottage 6x6 Paper Pad, but it was just too perfect for this card to leave it sitting on my desk. So I did it! I cut it down and added it to my card behind the snowy hills.
I think the North Pole sparkles, don't you?! I added some white gems to the center of each of the snowflakes to finish my card! I hope this wintery card inspires you! See you soon!
Delightful winter scene!
