Bi-color Grand Bouquet floral card

Hello everyone ! Lounon here !

Today, I'm sharing a brown and blue bi-color floral card with you.

Products used :

LDRS Grand Bouquet 5x7 Stamps

LDRS Pinpoint Rectangles Dies

LDRS Billowing Blooms Impress-ion Press + Foil Plates and Coordinating Dies Bundle

First, I stamped my flowers from the Grand Bouquet 5x7 Stamps onto marker-friendly cardstock with my Raven Inkpad. I framed it with a 4.5" x 3 3/8" (8.5 cm x 11.5 cm) die from the Pinpoint Rectangles Dies.

I colored the image with my markers. The trick to blending dissimilar colors like blue and brown with markers is to focus on the lighter parts, lighters colors blend more easily. And make sure to blend the dark tones together, same with the middle tones.

I fussy cut the white parts.

After that, I cut two 5 3/8" x 4 1/8" (13.7 cm x 10.5 cm) and 4.5"x 3 3/8" (11.5 cm x 8.5 cm) rectangles with the Pinpoint Rectangles Dies onto brown cardstock.

Then, I cut a 4 7/8"x 3 5/8" ( 12.5 cm x 8.5 cm) rectangle onto kraft cardstock and I stamped my flowers multiple times on it with brown ink.

After that, I used my Thank You sentiment from the Billowing Blooms Impress-ion Press onto kraft cardstock with brown ink and used the coordinating die to cut it. I used the coordinating die three more times on kraft cardstock to add depth.

Finally, I matted and layered my three rectangles, glued my flowers with black foam pads and my sentiment on top of them.

Et voilà!

May the craft be with you !
