Cozy Cardinal Seasons Card

Hi there! I used a bunch of new products from the LDRS Creative Fall/Winter release to create a cozy winter cardinal card! This card is so easy to make - in fact you could make a bunch of them to send as your holiday cards!

I send a lot of cards during the holidays and I'm always thinking of clean and simple designs that pack a punch! The Cardinal Seasons stamp set features gorgeously cozy winter layering stamps that I just love! And the Christmas Cottage 6x6 paper pad is adorable! You can easily stamp a bunch of twigs and cardinals and change up the background paper to quickly create a bunch of Holiday cards!

I stamped the pair of cardinals from the Cardinal Seasons stamp set with a combination of Kiss Me Red, Scarlet Rose, and Raven Hybrid Inks from LDRS Creative. These stamps layer together PERFECTLY! And easily! The only coloring I needed to add was for the scarf! They needed a branch so perch on, so I stamped the branch with Coffee Bean Hybrid Ink and the pine sprigs with Evergreen Hybrid Ink. I cut out all of the images with the Cardinal Seasons Petal Pusher die set. They needed a perfect background, so I used a die set from the Practically Square Frame die set to die cut the birch tree paper from the Christmas Cottage 6x6 paper pad. And it's perfect that there are more cardinals in the background!

I assembled all of my pieces together on the front of a 4.25" square card and stamped a sentiment with Iced Tea Hybrid Ink. See what I mean - easy and cozy! Thanks for joining me!
