Crazy For Sunflowers

Hi everyone!  Annie here, and today I'm sharing a fun slimline card featuring the Crazy For Daisies Stamp Set and coordinating dies.  With a little tweak to the color scheme, these daisies make great sunflowers and are perfect for sending a late summer hello.

I started by stamping the border and corner floral images as well as a couple of extra leafy branches from the Crazy For Daisies Stamp Set in Raven Hybrid Ink onto some white cardstock.  After coloring the images in with alcohol markers, I die cut them using the coordinating dies.

I trimmed a piece of kraft cardstock to 3.5" x 8.5" and embossed a sentiment from the Crazy For Daisies Stamp Set in white before adhering it to a top-folding slimline-sized card base.

After arranging the colored, die cut images around the border of the card, I adhered a frame I cut using the Slim Line Corner Scallop Die Set and some white woodgrain cardstock.  For a little fun, I added some cute bugs that I stamped from the Strawberry Patch Stamp Set and cut out using the coordinating dies.
