Embossing with Dies
Hi there, Sam on the blog today. Today I am sharing a project that uses frame dies to create an embossed border to line up the flowers from Bouquet Maker Stamps and Masks Bundle.
If you wish to recreate the card I made, you will need Bouquet Maker Stamps and Masks Bundle, It’s Just a Number and Star Octagon Frame Dies

Lightly trace the outline of the 2nd largest Star Octagon Frame on A2 cardstock with a pencil. Using the Bouquet Maker Stamps and Masks lay the flowers out on the pencil line and stamp them. Utilize the masks when overlapping images. I simply used temporary adhesive to hold masks in place. Ink blend over the stencil with one or two ink colours to give the base colour to the flowers. Use pencil crayons to add depth to the flowers. Erase the pencil lines. Align the Star Octagon Frame over the florals and run through the die cutting machine with the appropriate embossing mat. Finish the card with the Celebrate sentiment and definition from It’s Just a Number stamp set.
