Flower Power Art Journaling Stamps

Hello My Creative Friends ~

DT Melanie here with you today to share a special new project. This stamp set is called Flower Power by Creative Cre8tion Designs and is part of our Art Journal line. I do not art journal so I decided to do a framed piece instead.

Step 1: Cut a piece of alcohol friendly paper into a 5x7" piece to match the frame size.

Step 2: These are really thick foam mount stamps which are made from a high quality couture cut rubber. So lay the stamp down with the rubber up, ink the stamp, then place the paper on top and carefully rub to transfer the ink.

Step 3: Color with Alcohol markers

Step 4: Stamp 2 accent stamps (Butterfly & Dragonfly) and color them.

Step 5: Fussy cut out your images and detail with glitter glue before adhering them to your project.

Coloring these flowers were my favorite part of this project. I have accented the flower stamen with a white gel pen.
