Friends Forever!

Sometimes you just want to send a card to someone to let them know how much they mean to you and the FRIENDS stamp set is perfect for that.

 

I began with an A2/A6 kraft card blank and cut a piece of paper from the CHRISTMAS COTTAGE paper pack to fit on top.

 

I used the largest die in the STITCHED HEART SET to cut out an aperture in the paper then ran it through my die cutting machine using the WITH ALL MY HEART COVER PLATE. This gave a lovely light texture to the paper.  

 

I then stamped my super adorable image from the FRIENDS set directly onto my kraft card blank in a light ink and coloured with pencils.

 

I matted my paper onto the card so my little couple were peaking through and added a sentiment using the LOVE STACK STAMPS and corresponding SENTIMENT STACK DIE. I few kraft hearts cut from the smallest of the dies from the STITCHED HEART SET, some pearls and a bow and we are done.
