Fuzzy Wuzzies Collage
Hi there, Sam on the blog today. Today I am sharing a project using some of my favourite stamps and dies - the Fuzzy Wuzzies Stamp set and the Postage collage dies.
If you wish to recreate the tags I made, you will need Fuzzy Wuzzies set, Postage Collage Mask Stencil, and Postage Collage Die.
I used a wide selection of LDRS Hybrid Inks in the following colours: Olive branch, In Your Face Orange, Prickly Pear, Lantern Yellow, Mrs Periwinke, Plum Crazy, Boysenberry Blast, Pink Tutu and Little Boy Blue.
Get the look:
To create the card die cut the postal collage in black and in white. Use the postal collage mask and stamp away your favourite fuzzy fuzzies on the white die cut. The fun part is adding all the details to the birds with embellishments from my stash. (The little glass eyes were given to me from a friend - they are doll eyes.) The glasses I stamped and fussy cut out, adding some alcohol ink detail colour to the lens part. To give the fuzzy wuzzies more depth I stamped first with one colour and then I brushed a slightly darker ink along the edge of the stamp and stamped a second time. Lastly I followed the lines of the fuzzy fuzzies postal collage to cute the frames apart and then adhered it to the black postal collage die.
Hope you ‘enjoy’ed. Come create with us, because we don’t just make crafts - We Create Joy!
