Happy Holidays

Hello my crafty friends !

Yuliya is here with a Christmas card featuring LDRS Creative newly released Hippopotamus for Christmas stamp set and Peace & Joy paper pack. I find this release very exciting and inspiring. 

To start I trimmed the panel out of wonderful paper pad from Peace & Joy 6*6 paper pack. The Christmas light on this paper are very festive so I decided to place them above the scene. The illustration is so amazing that I don't have to create anything more for my background. 

Then I stamped the images from Hippopotamus for Christmas stamp set onto Smooth white paper which is alcohol marker friendly and coloured them with alcohol markers. After that I die cut coloured images using Hippopotamus for Christmas coordinating dies. 

Next I arranged all he characters on the panel so that they are all under the Christmas lights. 

Finally I white heat embossed Happy Holidays sentiment which I took from Peace and Joy Pirouette Stamps. 

The holiday card is all done! It's very quick and simple , isn't it ?!
