It’s Kelly Martin here again and I’m glad to be guesting here again on the LDRS blog this month!

Today I’m using two of my all-time favorite products from LDRS.

I stamped out the images from the Love in Bloom stamp set, using various shades of purple and green ink, cut them out using my scissors, and then set them aside to work on the background.

I cut and scored a 4.25 x 5.5 inch card base and adhered a 4.25 x 5.5 inch piece of gray cardstock to the front.

After die cutting several pieces of white cardstock, using the Eyelet Lace Rectangle die set, I glued them together and then adhered them on to my card base. I also used the same die to cut out the center gray cardstock piece before gluing it down to the middle of the card.

I arranged the stamped floral images and glued them in place, then finished off the card by creating a sentiment strip by stamping a sentiment on to a white cardstock strip and then gluing it down to a black cardstock strip. I placed it in the middle of the card to finish everything off.

I can’t wait to give this card to a friend of mine. Her favorite color is purple and I know seeing it will brighten her day!
