In High or Low Tide

Hi everyone,

Ilina here! Today I am sharing a card using the Explore and Discover set along with the coordinating dies and the Seaside Paper Pack.

To make the card start by stamping the elements using Dark Wash Jeans and Kiss Me Red. Die cut and set aside.

Cut a circle using one of the circle dies from the Scalloped Circle Frames Die set. Adhere the stamped elements using foam tape. 

Cut piece of patterned paper measuring 4" x 5 1/4" and adhere the circle with the elements on it. Add clear enamel dots to embellish the panel. Adhere to top folding white note card ;)
