Merry Christmas

Hello LDRS Creative friends! Silvia’s here today with a elegant Christmas card featuring the new and totally amazing “Layered Poinsettia” die set.

First of all I used some spray inks in the red  and green tones on watercolor paper to create my colored cardstock for the flowers.

Then I used the "Layered Poinsettia" die set to cut out the different layers of the flower and leaves and I put everything together with liquid glue.

For the card base I cut a rectangle from kraft cardstock with the biggest die from the "A2 Stitched  Layered Card Toppers" die set and I foiled it in gold with the "Peppermint Stick" stencil and I splattered with white and gold acrylic paint loosened with water. I also darkened edges with a soft touch of coffee bean hybrid ink.

I then heat embossed in white with white enbossing powder the Merry Christmas script from the "Elegant Holiday Wishes" stamp set on kraft paper, I matted it with a dark brown cardstock postage label cut with one of the smallest die from the "Diagonal Stitched Postage Frames Slimline" set.

I put everything together and that's all.
