Personalized Notecards

Hello Friends, it's Carol here today and have I got a great project for you! If you're crunched for time and you're looking for a quick teacher gift or stocking stuffer, personalized notecards for the win!

As soon as I received the Flourishes and Elegant Monogram Alphas Impress-ion Letterpress dies, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I started off by using watercolor paper from LDRS Creative and die cutting the A2 size panels with one of my favorite dies, the A2 Diagonal Stitched die.

I absolutely love that stitched detail, it just brings a classy elegance to the notecards. Next, I inked up the Flourishes letterpress die and ran it through my Betterpress machine. I did all three notecards one right after the other, then I added my "C" to the middle of the Flourish so I would know it was centered. I then removed the flourish, inked up my monogram and ran that through as well.

The end result are these beautiful monogramed notecards. Of course I made these for me (LOL), but I plan to make a set for my daughter's teachers as well. It's a project that fun, easy and beautiful! If you haven't tried out the Impress-ion Letterpress dies yet, I HIGHLY recommend them!
