Poppy Posy Friend Card

Every once in awhile I like to step outside of my comfort zone and create a larger 5x7 card. I used some stamps, dies, and stencils from the LDRS Creative Summer 2023 Collection and made this pretty floral card!
I started my card by stamping the floral image from the Poppy Posy 4x6 Stamps with Raven Hybrid Ink twice onto white cardstock. I used the Poppy Posy Layering Stencils to color them in with LDRS Creative Hybrid Ink Pads. These stencils are SO easy to use and are a great way to add fast color to your projects. I stamped a sentiment from the stamp set and used the Poppy Posy Coordinating Dies and cut out both floral clusters and the sentiment.

I knew I wanted to have a big, bold sentiment for my card, so I die cut the letters to form the word "friend" using the Jordan Alphas Jumbo Lower Dies
I cut a piece of white cardstock to 4.75" x 6.75" and added one of the floral clusters hanging off the top left and the other off the bottom right. I trimmed away the excess with scissors and adhered the sentiments near the center of the card. I added black watercolor spatter, placed the panel onto a light pink 5"x7" card base, and that's it! Thanks for joining me!
