Rainbow Ink Blending with Hybrid Ink Cubes

Hi, there - its Lynnea! Rainbow ink blending always makes me super happy! I decided to use some LDRS Creative mini hybrid inks to create a blended striped background! There's a video, too!
Rainbows are all the rage - and why shouldn't they be?! I grabbed some of my favorite colors of LDRS Creative Hybrid ink cubes - Pink Tutu, In Your Face Orange, Dan-D-Lion, Key Lime Pie, Bali Blue, La La Lavender, and Plum Crazy. I masked off 3/4" sections of my card front with masking tape and blended on the inks. I tried to keep the ink darker at the bottom and blend it lighter towards the top of my masked sections. It worked for the most part - but I have such a heavy hand when blending! Haha!
I made some boo boos while blending on my ink - like I said ... I have a heavy hand haha! I needed a way to cover up my mistakes and the Eyelet Lace Rectangle Dies were just the thing! I die cut the largest die from white cardstock and die cut the rectangle from the center as well. I used the LDRS Creative Watermark Emboss ink to stamp the cute sentiment and sunburst images from the Puddle Jumper stamp set onto my card and heat set them with white embossing powder.
I accidentally stamped my sunburst images off center - oops! It happens, right? I decided to add some pearls to try and balance out my design. Did it work? Let me know! And here's my process video!
Thanks so much for joining me today!
