Up the Rabbit Hole Ink Blended Scene

The Pocket Pals stamp collection from LDRS Creative is the cutest collection of stamps I've ever seen in my life! I especially love the Up the Rabbit Hole and Down the Rabbit Hole stamp sets! The bunnies are so tiny! And I love that I can create adorable little scenes without much coloring!
The Pocket Pals Stamp Sets are fabulous because the images are small enough that you can put a whole bunch of these little critters into one scene without overwhelming the card. I decided to keep it simple and just use a few images and some ink blending. You know me! I love clean and simple!
I used a piece of masking tape and masked off the top of my card leaving about an inch and a half at the bottom of a piece of blending cardstock to create my ground. I used a blending brush and some Iced Tea hybrid Ink and blended the bottom portion of my card. I kept the ink darker at the top where the tape line was and lighter towards the bottom. This is an easy way to create depth. I kept the masking tape in place, smooshed some Iced Tea Hybrid Ink onto my work surface, added a spritz of water, and flicked some ink onto my ink blended ground. I love the spatter look! An easy way to add texture! I moved the masking tape to cover the ink blended ground and used Marina Madness Hybrid Ink to blend the sky. I again kept the ink darker at the tape line and lighter away from the "horizon" for dimension. I found the Marina Madness Hybrid Ink was a bit too light when I added the ink flicks, so I used Tropical Sea Hybrid Ink for the flicks. This ink is just a bit darker and worked perfectly!
The images from the Up the Rabbit Hole Stamp Set are perfect for this little scene! I stamped the carrot patch, some bunnies, and the fence images with Raven Hybrid Ink, colored them with alcohol markers, and die cut them with the Up the Rabbit Hole Die Set. I arranged them on my ink blended background using a mix of liquid adhesive and foam tape.
Isn't the scene the cutest! I stamped an adorable little sentiment from the Up the Rabbit Hole Stamp Set with Raven Hybrid Ink and that finishes my card! I hope this inspires you to create a little scene of yoru own! See you soon!
