Warm Wishes

Hello everyone! It's Ashley today with a sweet fall scene to celebrate the beginning of October! I am so happy fall is here! Summer is just too hot in St. Louis!

I started by using the grass and cloud borders on the Rainy Day stencil to create a background. I used Swimming Hole hybrid ink for the clouds and Dan-D-Lion and Iced Tea hybrid inks for the grass. I used the largest Scalloped Rectangle Frame on white cardstock and trimmed my ink blended panel to fit inside.

I stamped several images from Woodland Wonderland and Nuts About You in Raven hybrid ink and colored with alcohol markers. I added a few gel pen highlights and arranged my scene. Before adding the critters, I stamped my sentiment from Cardinal Seasons in Raven hybrid ink. I popped the critters up with foam tape for dimension. I adhered everything with foam tape to a piece of white cardstock to finish. 

I love the soft fall colors and white border around these little guys!
