Faux Watercolored Roses

I’m back on blog with a beautiful card. I’ve used Sweet Rose Stamp set for making this card. Here’s a picture 

To make this card, I’ve taken an A2 size White card base and stamped the image using Raven Ink. I’ve coloured these using alcohol markers but tried giving watercoloring effect here keeping multiple shades appearing for same colour.

This is bit possible with alcohol markers if shades of same colours are applied one top of another keeping the lighter ones at base and darker shades over them.This one is a good technique if in case you don’t want to use watercolours or don’t have watercolour paper and still want to give the effect.

I added a small sentiment on the card using the same stamp set and adhered it using foam tape. To finish the card, I splattered some gold paint and that really enhanced the overall look of the card.
