6x8 Pocket Page | Nathalie DeSousa

Hi there!   It's Nathalie with you today with a little inspiration featuring some LDRS goodies. I love combining scrapbooking and card making supplies  in my projects and today, I want to share my latest 6x8 spread in my Family Album.

I am using pieces from One Fine Day, Favorite Things, and Lovely Watercolor scrapbook collections along with the new  Jordan Jumbo Alpha Stamp sets and  Double Stitched Scalloped Square die for my page.

I started by creating my picture frames using the Double Stitched Scalloped Square Die from patterned paper from the Favorite Things collection.  I  backed these with photos of my baby and I.   These are set on patterned paper from the One Fine Day collection.   I added a few embellishments from Lovely Watercolor to the side of each frame, and as title for the page.

To complement my spread, I am adding a pocket page.   I am using the same background paper to create the two 3x4 cards.  I also used pieces from the scalloped squares to bring all the colors together.   For my "title" card, I used Raven and Bali Blue Hybrid Ink along with the Jordan Jumbo Alpha stamp sets to create the word love ( a bit of fussy cutting helped put this together)

For my journaling card, I chose to continue the scalloped look of the frames and title card, but added a tag from the Favorite Things Pockets and Tags pack.  I fussy cut ephemera from Lovely Watercolor to make it fit on the tag.   All that is left to do is add the story here.
