BIG Beautiful

Hello and welcome to the LDRS blog!  LeeAnn here with a quick tutorial for this gorgeous card that includes very little stamping, but a far amount of die cutting.  I LOVE to die cut!

This card is an A2 size card on a white top folding card base.  The topper is die cut using the A2 Stitched Layered Rectangle Card Toppers.  These dies are ALWAYS on my craft room table as they are definitely a staple in my card making.  This one is cut using the largest size die; however, it comes with two additional sizes, which makes for great layering.

Can we talk about that beautiful diagonal lined paper???  It is from the Favorite Things 6x6 paper pack and the colors are DIVINE!!!  It's such a FUN paper pack!

Next, I cut the Big Word Beautiful Die from heavy weight vellum.  I cut the outline in a pale pink card stock that matches the lightest pink in the stripes.  I mounted the layers onto the card with foam tape for a little dimension.  I finished the card by stamping the "You Are Truly" in Raven ink.  This stamp is from the Big Word Beautiful stamp set.

I then cut the "inside & out" from the same Big Word Beautiful die set in black card stock.  I love the look of a little black against the pastel background!  I finished the card off with a scattering of embellishments for a little sparkle.   What do you think???
