Pop Art Inspired Heart Puzzle Card

So, the idea behind this suite of products is that you begin with a basic framework then add images of your choice from the coordinating Puzzle Scene stamps into each section. There are several Puzzle Scene stamp sets available with different themes ranging from Christmas, Valentines and Birthday/Celebration.
The Puzzle Frame stamp set comes with 1 large pre designed frame and smaller individual stamps so that you can create and customise your own frame.
For my card I just used the main stamp with the pre-designed framed and stamped it onto a white card panel with raven ink.
Then I took images from the Heart Puzzle Scene stamp and stamped them into each of the grid sections on the frame. These images are so versatile that you can even mix and match them with images from other set. For example, the image of the 3 balloons was taken from the Birthday Puzzle scene set. The posibilities are endless!
Once I was happy with the stamped frame, I used some alcohol ink markers to colour in all the images. I used bright, bold primary colours giving the finished card panel a sort of Pop Art look. However, the stark white background wasn't quite working for me, so I took a pale blue marker and added a wash of colour behind each scene. Then went back in with a slightly darker marker and added some dot details for some added visual interest. I also added some white gel pen highlights to finish it off.
I trimmed the focal panel down and added it to a pale blue card base with some foam tape for more dimension. The finished card is slightly wider then a standard US A2 card at 4 1/2 wide by 5 1/2 tall.
