Cosmos Shaker

Today I'm sharing a fun shaker card that I created using the Cosmos set.  This set has stamps, dies, and coordinating stencils. Today I used just the stamps and the dies. 

I started out by stamping the smaller Cosmos floral stamp using the Pink Tutu Hybrid Ink onto a light pink background. This creates a soft monotone background. I loved pink but, you could do whatever colors you wanted to. 

Once I got my background all done. I used the Delicate Stitches Scalloped Rectangle dies to create the boarder of my shaker window. I sandwiched some acetate between the two frames that I cut out in heavy white cardstock. I then added all my little sequins to the center. 

Once I had all my shaker elements secured behind the acetate window, I stamped my sentiment. This was also from the Cosmos stamps. I love the delicacy that these sentiments have. I glued a couple of my sequins on the front for some added detail.
