Festive Christmas Card

Hello Friends! It's Carol here today and I'm sharing a festive card using a large die and beautiful patterned paper. When it comes to Christmas cards, I know I'll be making a lot of them, so I like to keep it simple.

So, I used some patterned paper from the MacKenna collection. I love this paper so much because the colors are so unique. You have some peachy pinks and even black. It's so pretty! I cut my panel with the Plaid Coverplate II die and I removed most of the squares and rectangles that were cut and adhered it to a piece of coordinating card stock from my stash.

Next, I pulled out the Christmas Village stamp set and stamped those sweet silhouette images into a few of the windows. And then, the star of the show, the sentiment! I used the Wishing You a Very Merry Christmas die. This font is just lovely and I feel like the black shadow die really ties this card together.

I added a few sequins to finish off this card and that was it! Are you getting ready for the holidays? Well, LDRS Creative has you covered! Be sure to check out the latest release, it's really good!

~Carol
