Happy Easter Wishes
Hi everyone!
Ilina here! Today I am sharing a card using the Joyful Blooms Layering Stencil set and dies only, without the stamp set. I love the versatility of these products and how you can get softer look (using stencils only) or bolder look (using it with the coordinating stamp set and stencils)
To make the card, I started by ink blending the blooms. I used same ink color for the layering, only changed the pressure of the ink application. For the Large Blooms I used Marina Madness Hybrid ink, for the smaller ones I used Peachy Keen, and for the leaves I used Prickly Pear Perfection and Four Leaf.
Once I had ink blended all the layers I die cut it and set aside.
Next I stamped Easter Sentiments stack on black card stock using Watermark and Embossing ink and embossed in white. Die cut the sentiments Sentiments Stack Die and adhered the one I wanted to use onto the flower bunch using foam tape. Set aside.
Cut 4" x 5 1/4" piece of pale gray card stock and using my scoring tool I scored lines 1/4" apart to create more interest to my background. Once done I added the Flowers piece using foam tape, few enamel dots and adhered it to a top folding white note card.
Thank you so much for stopping by. Hope you have an amazing day!
