Hello Lovely

Hi Crafty friends, Kirstynn here!
Today I want to share with you a simple card design that would be great for mass producing. I was thinking I would make a bunch of these in a few different colors for cards to have at my 9-5 job. So lets jump right in.
To start I used the Rectangle spotlight 6X6 Stencil and some Dan-D-Lion hybrid ink to create this beautiful colorful rectangle on my card front. At first I wanted to use the Circle Spotlight 6X6 Stencil (shown below) but I switched gears and chose the rectangle instead. Either of them would have made a beautiful card.

I made sure to place the yellow ink a little more heavy toward the bottom of the stencil. Once I had the color down, I did some heat embossing using the Hand Tied Bouquet  stamp set. I then trimmed down the panel to 3.5X 4.75 inches and used the coordinating die to cut out this floral image.
I then cut out 6 of the same floral die out of heavy weight white cardstock. I will glue these all together to add some dimension to our focal point. I then used foam tape to adhere the panel to a side folding A2 card base.
I used a sentiment from the Poppy Posy sampe set. and stamped it on the lower right side of the card, added some simple clear iridescent sequins.
This card came together so quickly which is exactly why it would be a great one to mass produce.
Thanks so much for joining us in creating today! Happy Crafting!
