Life is Sweet

Hello Friends, it's Carol here today and I'm sharing a card  made with only patterned paper, ephemera, dies and limited embellishments. I know what you're thinking, how cute can a card be with no stamping?! My answer to that...very cute!

I love how fun and sweet this card is! I used the Delicate Stitches Scalloped Rectangle die to cut out that gorgeous striped patterned paper from the Favorite Things collection. Next, I got busy going through the awesome ephemera pieces and decided on the banner, fruit, a star and of course that fabulous scooter!

After adhering all of the pieces onto my patterned paper, I finished it off with a few enamel dots. This card was so different for me because I'm all about stamping but it was so fun to try something new. I hope this inspires you to get out of your comfort zone too!
