Lunch Tote Notes

Hello Friends! It's Carol today with a super cute set of what I lovingly refer to as Lunch Tote Notes. For those of you with kiddos, you know how important it is to send a little encouraging or cute note while they're in school to let them know you're thinking about them. Now, if your kiddo is anything like mine, they may LOVE school lunches and may not pack a lunch to take to school. In that case, these little notes can be Backpack Chats! LOL!

First, you're going to cut your card stock to 6.5 x 3 inches. Next, score one side at 1.25 inches and the other side at 2.5 inches.

Once I scored my card stock, I took a corner rounder to round the corners on the short side (you can totally skip this step if you want). Next, I used a circle die to cut a slot on the long side so I can tuck in the flap. If you use a circle die, just remember to only run it halfway through your die cut machine so you don't end up with a hole in your card!

Aren't they cute!! I used the Anytime Stack for the banner sentiments and the I Love You sentiment is from the new Log Cabin stamp set (such a cute set by the way!). When you open the little notes, you have just enough room for a sweet image and sentiment.

I used the super cute Pastry Pals Exclusive Craft Kit for these little notes. You are going to love this kit! Not only are the images adorable, but you can use them for so many occasions! I used alcohol markers to color them and cut them out using the coordinating dies. I also layered a white piece of card stock over some beautiful patterned paper from the Painted Garden collection. This kit was  absolutely perfect for this set of Lunch Tote Notes, I know my daughter is going to love them!

Thank you so much for stopping by today! Don't forget to check us out on Facebook and Instagram! Hugs, Carol
