Monochromatic Floral Silhouette Card
Sometimes the absence of color is just as striking as a whole rainbow of color! I kept to a black, white, and gray color scheme for this floral card featuring some LDRS Creative stamps and dies.
I began by stamping a few images from the Floral Silhouette 4x6 Stamps across the bottom of a white panel of cardstock with Alloy Hybrid Ink. I varied the heights of the images for a more organic look. Then I stamped a few more flowers over the top with Raven Hybrid Ink. I love the depth of mixing the two colors! This same design would be super cute if you did shades of pink, blue, or any color!
You know I love my ink spatters! I spattered my background with a silvery black shimmer watercolor and then backed the panel with a black piece of cardstock. I added those panels onto a white top folding A2 card base.
I cut a sentiment from the Everyday Word Dies with white and black cardstock and added it with foam tape to the front of my card. That's it!
