Quick and simple christmas card.

Hello again, it's Jennifer here and I'm back to share another card project with you.
Who's looking forward to Christmas? I know I am but it can be such a busy time of year. Sometimes you just need a quick and easy card design to send out in a rush, so this month I thought I'd share this simple christmas card design with you that is easy to mass produce if you find yourself without much time on your hands.
I started with a US A2 bright pink card base then cut a card panel that was 1/2 an inch smaller from the MacKenzie - 6x6 Paper – LDRS Creative The papers in this collection are absolutely gorgeous and I really love the non-traditional christmas colours.
Next I cut a 3/4 inch strip form a co-ordinating pattern from the same paper pack and placed it diagonally across the pretty christmas tree paper. To add some contrast I added some pink holographic peel offs.
I used the largest tree from the Holiday Floral Coordinating Dies – LDRS Creative to cut a christmas tree from the same MacKenzie - 6x6 Paper – LDRS Creative. I added more peel off stickers to the perimeter of the tree. Then I stamped a sentiment from Peace & Joy 6x8 Pirouette Stamps – LDRS Creative in Tickled Pink – LDRS Creative to match the darker pink card base. I added the tree to the card panel with thin foam tape and placed it onto the card base leaving a 1/4inch border all the way around.
As a finishing touch I cut a star using Starry Sky Border Die - Add-On – LDRS Creative and added it to the top of the tree with a shiny pick resin star for some added shine.
You could use papers from different co-ordinating paper packs in your stash to create this simple but pretty card in no time.
Catch you all again soon!
