Sunny Spring Greetings

Hi my friends ! 

You know spring hasn't come to Kazakhstan yet :( We still have snow all around the city. To tell you the truth we are quite tired of it ! So I decided to make this Spring card just to remind myself that it's April ! :) 

So let's plunge into the process of creating of this card. To start I die cut the panel using Quilted Plaid A2 Coverplate Die. I love this Coverplate because instead of cutting a pattern out of cardstock, it makes a gorgeous stitched plaid pattern into paper. This die is made without an outer cutting edge so that you can use it on a variety of sizes of projects.

Then I die cut the trees, bushes and flowers using Home Design Foliage Add-On Dies which is awesome and can be used separately. I chose different green cardstock for foliage. Then I adhered everything to make the scene.

After that I die cut the sentiment Sunny Spring Greetings using Large Word Spring Sentiments Dies. I chose violet-pink colors because they match my green scenery. 

Finally I adhered everything to pink panel so that it made the white one pop. 

My card is all done .
