Thank You with Texture

Welcome back to the blog.  Today, I am sharing a Thank You card that I am making in batches.  So far I've only made them in this same color scheme, but you could certainly vary it, if you're so inclined!
I am absolutely IN LOVE with this Texturize It stamp set.  It can add so much visual interest to a card or scrapbook spread.  I'm just in love.
This card is an A2, top folding card on a white card base.  I started with a gray card panel cut from the smallest die from the Hand Torn Rectangle Die Set.  There are three different sized dies with this set, and I used two for this card.  The middle die was used for the layering card panel.  I cut that layer from glossy black card stock.
The Thank You sentiment is also cut from the same glossy black card stock using the Thank You Die Set.  Next, I stamped the background on the gray card stock in Raven ink using the Texturize It stamp set.
There is no rhyme or reason to the arrangement of the stamps.  Just have fun.  That's what I love about it.  The torn edge die and the imperfect look of the stamps give a very vintage, distressed look to the card.  It contrasts nicely with the shiny gloss of the black card stock!
Now we assemble!  I adhered the letters using foam pieces for a little dimension.  I just love the final look of the notecards!
I would love to hear how you would vary the design?  What would you add?  I hope you find some time to get crafty this week!  -LeeAnn
