Thanks for being you!
Hello everyone!
Sindhu here. I hope you are all doing well.
If you are a floral lover, today's card is for you. When I saw Peace and Joy stamp set the first time, I knew what I was going to make- a stamped background.
This card is very easy. It looks like a lot of colouring but trust me, it is therapeutic. I thoroughly enjoyed colouring these gorgeous floral images.
I started with a piece of Neenah Solar white cardstock panel measuring 4.25"x 5.5". I placed in my stamp positioning tool and stamped the image in one corner. Then, I rotated the cardstock 180° and stamped the image again. So, two opposite corners stamped.
I removed the stamp, took the other floral image in the set and stamped the other two corners. As you can see, the entire card front is not covered. I just let it be because I wanted to have a sentiment in the middle of my card.
I coloured the images with alcohol markers. I used a very light blue marker to fill in all the 'white ' space. I absolutely love the result!
I die cut the panel using the medium sized rectangle die from A2 stitched layered card topper dies set. Added the die cut panel to a white card base and finished the card with a sentiment from Cozy Cuppa stamp set.
I hope you like the card and will give stamped backgrounds a try. :)
See you next month!
Hugs...
Sindhu.
Absolutely beautiful Sindhu!
