Hi there!

It's Nathalie with you today to share a bit of inspiration featuring the beautiful LDRS products.   This time, I am focusing on the new Favorite Things collection to document some weekend stories!  

I started with a patterned paper from Lovely Watercolor Collection for the background of the page.    Since, I am creating a pocket spread, I trimmed the paper to make my own journaling cards.

I started by small subtitles onto my photos using Favorite Things Small Puffy Alpha Stickers; the small cupcake from Favorite Things Ephemera pieces was all that I needed to complete the picture's embellishing.     I am using my DIY journal cards to house my story and a subtitle/embellishment cluster.   The Favorite Things Puffy Stickers are the best way to bring sentiment, texture, and interest to my cards.

I decided to add the spread's title on the right side of the spread.  For this I am using  a combination of Favorite Things Puffy Stickers and stamped words using Jordan Alphas Lower 6x6 Stamp set and Raven Hybrid Ink.  I decided to fussy cut a few kites from the Favorite Things Pattern paper and used them through the spread.  

To finish the spread, I added a few Favorite Things Enamel Dots around the kite die cuts in the spread.   I love how this turned out, and I hope it gives you a few ideas for a project of your own!
