Creating Your Own Black and White Patterned Paper

Hi, there! It's Lynnea! I love the look of black and white patterned paper! It makes quite a statement! I used an LDRS Creative Stencil and some ink blending to make my own!
The new Bursting Bouquet Stencil from LDRS Creative! It's gorgeous when it's all colored up with pretty colors, but I thought it would be perfect in black, too! I temporarily adhered my stencil onto a piece of white cardstock and used Raven Hybrid Ink to blend over the top. This ink is so dark and crisp! I'm in love!
I have been loving the Sophie Alpha Die Sets! You can create any sentiment under the sun! I used just the Sophie Alpha Lowercase Die Set for my card, but you could mix in the uppercase set, too! I die cut "love you" from yellow cardstock and it wasn't standing out enough from my background. I grabbed my In Your Face Orange Hybrid Ink Pad and blended it onto the bottom of each letter for an easy gradient look.
I popped up each letter with foam tape and added a scattering of gems around the sentiment to finish off the card. Thanks for stopping by! I hope you'll try making your own black and white patterned paper with stencils!
