Hi there!

Nathalie with you today to share a bit of inspiration featuring the beautiful Mackenna Christmas collection, and a few of the new goodies available in the shop.   Let me show you what I have created...

 

I started with the new Gingham Check Stencil and Lipstick Jungle Hybrid ink  to create the backdrop of the title page of the 6x8 spread.    

 

 

To add the holiday feel to the page, I used the  new  Holiday Floral Stamps to embossed the images on color cardstock.  Then, used the Holiday Floral Coordinating Die to cut the trees  out.

 

I cover the bottom half of the stenciled page with vellum, then added the trees to the top edge of the vellum. Using the Sophie Numeric Die. I created the numbers  - to mark the date-  The new Mackenna Christmas Puffy Stickers and  Mackenna Christmas Small Alpha Puffy Stickers were the perfect size to add  the title of my page.

 

For the other side of the spread, I trimmed one of the Mackenna Christmas patterned paper and used it to frame my photo.  I added just a few  Mackenna Christmas Ephemera pieces to the bottom left corner of the picture.

 

I want to keep the image as the focus of this page, that meant hiding the journal in a tag behind the photo.   To finish the spread, I sprinkled a few Mackenna Christmas Enamel Dots around the page.
