Floral Fall Thank You Card

Hi everyone, its Jen! Well fall is definitely here where I live so I thought I would share an autumnal card with you all this month.
Here are the products I used to make this card.
I began by stamping a background using images from the Timless Meadow Stamp set, onto a kraft A2 panel in Iced Tea Hybrid Ink. I also blended a little of the Iced Tea Ink around the edges of the panel to add a little more interest. Next, I lined the panel up with the front of a card base and ran it through my diecut machine with one of the Hand Torn Oval Dies to create an aperature in the card base and panel.
**Tip make sure you open the card base before running it through the die cutting machine to ensure you don't cut through the back panel of your card base**
I adhered the card panel to the card front using liquid glue. Then stamped the sentiment "Many Thanks" Inside the aperature on the back panel of the card using Iced Tea Ink.
Once I'd finsihed with the card base I moved on to the fun part, layering stamps!  I stamped out the pretty florals and leaves from the Autumn Blooms Layering Stamp Set in various colours of ink as listed above and fussy cut them all out. It took a while but boy was it was worth it! The depth and dimension you get with these stamps is incredible!
The floral image were arranged and adhered on the front of the card, popping some of them up with foam tape for dimension.  I heat embossed a companion sentiment from the oldie but goodie Big Words - Thankful Stamp set. I trimmed it into a banner with a paper trimmer and glued it above the floral arrangement on the front of the card.
Finally I added some left over florals and leaves to the inside of the card to finish it off!
I hope you enjoyed this walkthough and give this technique a try!
Catch you all again soon! Bye!
