Holly Watch It Grow!

Hello everyone, its Jane here!

I have an easel card to share with you today featuring a gorgeous Polkadoodles stamp called HOLLY WATCH IT GROW and a little photo follow-along tutorial to show you how I did it.

First, I cut 2 pieces of kraft card to A2 (US)/A6 (EUR) size and then cut each of these with a cover plate die.  I then took two of the designs from the gorgeous DAISY DELIGHTS 6x6 PAPER PACK and cut them to size to fit behind.

I added touches of ink to the kraft card and then attached them to the papers. I also took an A2 (US)/A6 (EUR) kraft card blank and folded the front in half….

….and stuck one panel to the inside of the card and then the other to the bottom edge of the card front.  This created my easel.

I fussy cut some of the daisy flowers from the leftovers of one of the papers I used and cut the flower swirl die from the other.

For a ‘no-lines’ look I stamped the clouds from the ON THE MOVE - LANDSCAPE set with the FLESH HYBRID INK from the SUMMER SHORE MINI SET and did the same with HOLLY, colouring both with alcohol markers.

I inked the edges of my white ovals and cut a sun from yellow card stock.

I used my RAVEN HYBRID INK and LIPSTICK JUNGLE from the COUNTY FAIR MINI SET to stamp a sentiment and flowers from the LOVE IN BLOOM STAMP SET
on one of the ovals.

Using foam tape, I added my plain oval to the centre of the top panel and HOLLY on top of that making sure she was level with the bottom edge.

The stamped oval was stuck to the bottom panel.

I added the flowers and swirl die-cut just behind HOLLY and finished with some glitter glue here and there.
