Ink Blended Embossed Background

Hi LDRS Creative fans! Rebecca here with a quick and easy card. The background is simple to create but still packs a visual punch!

One of the easiest ways to create a stunning background is to blend ink over white cardstock embossed with a detailed embossing folder. I used the LDRS Creative Picnic Quilt Embossing Folder to emboss smooth white cardstock and then blended the Hybrid Lipstick Jungle ink with In Your Face Orange. The Hybrid inks blend BEAUTIFULLY!

I love the way the ink really makes the embossed background pop. It only took me a couple of minutes to create the background and then did some simple coloring of the A New Beginning stamp set to create this card. I stamped the image and the sentiment with Hybrid Raven Ink.
